Saying what’s on your mind in a calm manner and expressing your thoughts, feelings, and concerns are a must when in a relationship. During a conflict, one must express their opinions, and also listen and have respect towards their partners’ sentiments as well.

Staying quiet, irritated, or unsatisfied builds up anger causing people to then take it all out at once on their partner. Adding fuel to the fire is not the way to manage conflicts, to prevent conflicts or avoid making conflicts worse, a couple must stay composed and practice communicating every day so that they can know their partners’ train of thought and what has been on their mind.
